Prepared for straightforward fitting
Made-to-measure PVC strip curtains
Your PVC strips arrive pre-cut to the ordered length, with their stainless-steel hanging plates already attached. The hook-on track is cut to suit your ordered width and supplied in manageable sections where needed.
What you receive
- PVC grade, strip size and overlap to match your order.
- Hanging plates fitted to each strip, ready to hook onto the rail.
- Track prepared to size, ready to fix above the opening.
Fit the track to a suitable support, then hang the prepared strips in the required overlap pattern.

Replacement strips & cut-to-length PVC
Receive individual PVC strips cut to your chosen length, in the grade, width and thickness you select. Choose strips with new hanging plates attached, or plain strips if you are reusing suitable existing plates.
What you receive
- Cut-to-length PVC in the quantity ordered.
- Hanging plates attached when selected with your order.
- A practical way to refresh an existing curtain.
Replacement-strip orders do not include a new hanging track unless you order it separately.

Sliding PVC strip curtains
Your curtain includes the pre-cut PVC strips and the sliding system needed to move them aside. We supply the required sliding track, rollers, brackets and hanging components for the arrangement you order.
What you receive
- PVC strips prepared to the specified drop.
- Sliding track and roller carriers.
- The relevant brackets and strip-hanging components.
Install the track on a suitable supporting structure, fit the carriers and hang the curtain. Allow room beside the opening for the strips to gather.

Sliding workshop sheet curtains
Receive your PVC-coated sheet curtain made to the ordered dimensions, together with the required sliding track, rollers and hanging components. Any clear viewing window or centre-join option you select is incorporated into the supplied curtain.
What you receive
- Sheet panel or panels to match your chosen arrangement.
- Selected window and joining options.
- Sliding track, rollers, brackets and curtain-hanging components.
Fix the track to a suitable support and hang the finished panels. A freestanding support frame is not part of the standard curtain kit.

Multi-deck chiller blinds
Your chiller blind arrives fully assembled, with the clear PVC strips already attached to a wipe-clean white PVC strip with self adhesive backing. There are no individual strips to assemble: simply position the blind and fix it to the top of the chiller cabinet fascia.
What you receive
- Clear overlapping strips prepared to the ordered dimensions.
- Strips pre-attached to a wipe-clean white PVC strip with self adhesive backing.
- A complete blind ready to fit to your cabinet.

Welding strip curtains
Your welding PVC strips are cut to length with hanging plates attached. Fixed kits include the appropriate hanging track; sliding kits also include the sliding track, rollers and associated components needed for the ordered system.
What you receive
- Red or green welding PVC, as selected.
- Pre-cut strips with hanging plates fitted.
- Hanging hardware matched to your fixed or sliding order.
Fit the supplied curtain system to your suitable bay support. Freestanding bay steelwork is quoted separately.

Made-to-measure welding tarps
Your red or green welding tarp is made to your ordered dimensions and hemmed on all sides for a strong, tidy finish. High-quality brass eyelets are fitted along the edges you select when ordering.
What you receive
- Finished welding sheet in your chosen colour and size.
- Hems on every edge.
- Strong brass eyelets on your selected edges.
This is a finished sheet for your own suitable frame or support. Choose a sliding sheet curtain kit if you also need a track system.

Sliding welding sheet curtains
Receive your made-to-measure welding sheet curtain with the required sliding track, rollers, brackets and hanging components. The panel arrangement and any centre Velcro join are prepared to match the options you order.
What you receive
- Red or green welding sheet curtain.
- The selected panel and centre-join arrangement.
- Sliding track, rollers and the relevant hanging components.
Once the track is installed on a suitable support, the panels can be hung and drawn aside to open the work area.

PVC rolls, track & hanging components
Full PVC rolls arrive in the grade and dimensions shown for the selected product. Track, hanging plates and other components are supplied in the sizes and quantities ordered, ready for your own installation or maintenance work.
What you receive
- Full rolls in the selected PVC grade, width and thickness.
- Track and plates supplied as the items ordered.
- Components for repairs, replacements and new projects.
Rolls are supplied as material: cutting to individual strip lengths and attaching plates are part of your own preparation.

School & early-years Freeflow curtains
Your school curtain kit brings together the prepared PVC strips and the hanging system for your ordered doorway. Strips are cut to length with their hanging plates attached, and the track is prepared to suit the opening.
What you receive
- Prepared strips in the selected specification.
- Attached hanging plates and matching track.
- A kit for the doorway dimensions you provide.
Install the track and hang the strips using the fitting guidance for your chosen kit.

Spark Monkey Pro mobile welding screens
Your mobile screen includes its black tubular steel frame, two pivoting arms, four castors, overlapping welding PVC panels and curtain rings. Assemble the frame, fit the castors and hang the panels to create your portable screen.
What you receive
- Frame and two 900mm pivoting arms.
- Four castors and curtain rings.
- Nine overlapping welding PVC panels in your selected colour.
Each order is for the number of screens purchased. Additional screens can be ordered to create a larger mobile enclosure.
