A finished product we are proud to send

When you order from Jigsaw Industrial Curtains, you are placing your trust in the quality of the product we supply. We take that responsibility seriously. Quality is part of our entire sales, manufacturing and dispatch process, with care and attention given to the materials, workmanship and presentation of your order.

Whether you need a single replacement strip or a complex curtain, screen or enclosure, our aim is the same: a well-made product that meets the agreed specification and arrives ready for installation.

Quality starts with the right materials

We regularly inspect our raw materials for faults, damage and conformity with the required specification. These checks help us identify issues before materials become part of a finished product.

From the PVC to the hanging hardware, selecting and checking the right components provides the foundation for a reliable, neatly finished curtain.

Well-maintained equipment. Consistent workmanship.

Accurate manufacture depends on the equipment as well as the materials. We carry out regular checks on all our manufacturing equipment to help maintain consistent cutting, assembly and finishing standards.

Attention to these details helps us produce curtains, screens and enclosures to the specification agreed with you.

A team trained to recognise quality

Our staff undertake regular quality training sessions to keep high standards at the centre of their work. These sessions reinforce good working practices, attention to detail and the importance of recognising faults throughout manufacture.

By combining product knowledge with practical training, we help our team maintain a consistent standard of workmanship across the products we supply.

Careful checks before dispatch

The finished product matters most. Before dispatch, we check the completed order against its specification, paying attention to dimensions, quantities, components and the quality of the finish.

Each curtain is dispatched with full installation instructions, a care and cleaning guide, a certificate of conformity and a product data sheet, giving you the information you need to fit and look after your purchase.

Protected all the way to your door

Careful manufacture deserves equally careful packaging. Our own box-making facility produces strong, custom-made corrugated cartons to suit the goods inside. We pack the PVC, finished panels and hardware carefully to help protect them during delivery.

It is the final stage of a process built around one priority: supplying a quality product, prepared with care from order to dispatch.

Simple measuring guide

How to measure for a PVC strip curtain

  1. 1

    Measure the clear width

Measure left to right in millimetres. For face fixing, allow approximately 100 mm beyond each side where space permits.

  2. 2

    Measure the total drop

Measure from the intended fixing point to the floor. Leave a small clearance so the strips move freely.

  3. 3

    Check traffic and temperature

Pedestrians, trolleys, forklifts and freezer environments each benefit from different PVC grades and overlaps.

  4. 4

    Send the details

Use an online quote tool or call our team for practical advice before ordering.
