Product overview
Refresh your curtain with cut-to-length replacement strips
Renew worn or damaged strips while keeping serviceable track and hardware. Order finished lengths of PVC with optional pre-attached hook-on plates to suit your existing curtain.

Refresh an existing strip curtain
Replace only what is worn
Change torn, hardened or heavily scratched strips when they affect visibility, access or the seal. Serviceable track can remain in place.
Cut to your length
Specify the finished length of each strip in millimetres and the number of strips required. Account for the final floor clearance.
Match the PVC grade
Choose standard, freezer, ribbed, anti-static, welding, frosted or blackout material to match the application and existing specification.
Choose hanging plates
Pre-attached stainless-steel hook-on plates are optional. Check the rail profile and plate width before ordering; similar-looking systems may differ.
Information to collect
- Existing strip width, thickness and finished length; include a photograph of the strip edge.
- The grade name and operating conditions; colour alone does not identify a formulation.
- A close-up of the hanging plate and track, including dimensions.
- Whether you need one strip, a complete set or loose PVC without plates.
Specification details
Measure and replace the strips
Identify the existing material
Measure a strip and record its grade. Photograph the curtain, rail and plate so replacement parts can be matched.
Specify the finished length
Measure an existing strip or the required drop, accounting for the plate and floor clearance. If you intend to trim on site, include that allowance in the length requested.
Replace worn strips
On a compatible hook-on system, lift the old plate from the rail and hang the replacement in the same position. Inspect the rail and adjoining strips as you work.
Reproduce the overlap
Maintain the agreed hanging pattern and check movement and floor clearance. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, following any grade-specific instructions.
Frequently asked questions
How do I identify the replacement strip?
Measure width, thickness and length, and provide the grade if known. Send photographs of the strip and hanging system; a blue tint alone does not establish freezer-grade PVC.
Will the plates fit my existing rail?
Check the rail profile, plate width and fixing arrangement before ordering. Hook-on systems are not universally interchangeable.
When should a strip be replaced?
Replace badly torn, hardened or heavily scratched strips when they affect the seal, visibility or movement through the doorway. Service life depends on the conditions and use.
Do I need hanging plates?
Choose pre-attached plates if they are needed for your compatible hook-on track. Loose lengths without plates may suit projects where you prepare the material yourself.
Can I order one strip or a complete set?
Enter the number of individual strips required. For a larger maintenance requirement, contact the team with quantities and specifications for a confirmed quotation.
