Application guide
Specify a practical, durable barrier
Share the doorway dimensions, vehicle height and typical load width so the curtain can be specified around safe clearances.

Product focus
A more durable barrier for industrial traffic
Raised ribs take the first contact from pallets, cages and vehicle masts, helping the main viewing surface stay clearer for longer.
View product applicationsRibbed impact protection
Raised ribs help protect the viewing surface from repeated contact
High-visibility edge strips
Red edge warning strips can highlight the sides of the route
Effective maximum overlap
Maximum overlap improves the barrier on exposed or temperature-controlled doorways
Clear-way sliding option
Sliding systems are available where the curtain must clear completely

Built to suit your requirements
Choose the overall width and drop, fixed or sliding operation, specialist PVC grade, red edge strips and overlap. Our team can review photographs before manufacture.
Specifying a curtain for forklift traffic
Measure for the largest vehicle and load that will use the doorway, including the height of raised or stacked goods. Consider turning space, approach angles and pedestrian routes on both sides. A curtain should suit the working route; choosing heavier material alone does not resolve restricted clearance or visibility.
Ribbed PVC, overlap and maintenance
Ribbed PVC has raised surfaces that help reduce direct contact with the main face of the strip. Overlap contributes to the barrier but also changes resistance when passing through, so choose it with the vehicle movements and exposure in mind. Red warning strips can identify the curtain edges at no extra cost. Keep clear strips clean and replace damaged material when visibility or free movement is affected. If occasional loads need unobstructed access, compare a sliding strip curtain and check the available space beside the doorway.
